What is Jin Shin Jyutsu?

Jin Shin Jyutsu is a universal Art of harmonising the life energy in the body. It helps us improve our health and wellbeing.

We do this by using our hands and 26 energy sites (SELs) on the body.

My Jin Shin Jyutsu Story

Years ago, I suffered from debilitating migraines.

Luckily, someone I knew mentioned Jin Shin Jyutsu self help. “Jin what?” I said. I was intrigued so I investigated.

I was then amazed that a couple of simple exercises could work so quickly and effectively.

All I had to 'do' was place my hands on certain parts of my body, relax, and then - presto! - migraines cleared within minutes and I was able to go back to work.

Since then, I have had many, many experiences of being able to help myself recover from numerous (and yes, various) ailments, truly empowering me to practise hands-on self help!
